Mon formulaire est "introuvable"

Je retrouve actuellement un problème avec mon formulaire:

En cliquant sur le lien public, la page web marque "Formulaire introuvable"

Est-ce que vous pouvez m'orienter ou se trouve le problème

As to your current concerns, I assumed you were referring to the form https://www.jotform.com/form/232985692291368. I checked this form and I also found that the form is not available and appears to had been deleted.

I suggest you check the Trash folder in your My Forms and check if the form is there. You can still restore and activate the form.

If you accidentally delete a form, you can restore it by following the steps below:

1. Open My Forms.
2. Select Trash on the left.
3. Hover on the deleted form and click Restore.

Select All Forms on the left and you should see the restored forms there.

Indeed the form was somehow deleted. We were able to recover it.
