1. In the Form Builder page, click Publish.
2. Next, click on the Pencil icon beside your form’s link.
3. Type in your desired URL slug then click on Apply.

It's important to know that changing the form’s slug invalidates its old custom URL, meaning you will need to share the link again to your users if they have the old link.

Another thing is, you can delete the custom URL by clicking the reset button under Link to share on the Publish tab.

• In the Form Builder page, click Publish.
• Under Quick Share, click the Reset button.
