Bonjour,
Je suis nouvelle utilisatrice de Jotform. J'ai créer une approbation pour les demandes de congés mais mon responsable ne reçoit pas les mails avec les demandes.
Nous avons vérifié ses spams et rien dedans...
Pouvez-vous svp m'aider ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and I saw that the Approval that was created contains the Form only and nothing more.
You have to add an Approval element and Email elements for the outcomes to be able to make it work. To make a simple Approval workflow, add the following elements:
- Approval Element
- Email Element for the Approved outcome
- Email Element for the Denied outcome
- End Flow Element
1. In Approvals, select the Approval element and drag and drop it to the approval workflow.
2. Next, add two Email elements. This will serve as the outcome of the workflow.
3. Connect the Approval Element to the Email elements and select the outcomes.
4. Then, add the End Flow element and connect the Email elements to it.
5. To edit the Email element, click on the gear icon.
6. Modify the Email Subject and Content as needed.
7. You can also set the approvers in the Approval element by clicking the gear icon.
8. Add the approvers in the Approvers field.
9. Make sure that the Notification Emails option is On.
