Je vous contacte car je souhaite intégrer mon sondage https://form.jotform.com/232984933713061, au canal de mon équipe de travail. Actuellement, sur le canal sélectionné je n'ai pas la visibilité sur les choix ni sur les résultats, or j'aimerai pouvoir avoir cette visibilité en temps réel. Pourriez-vous m'aider afin que je puisse intégrer complètement à mon canal ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and submitted a test submission. I got the submission in our Slack test account and it shows the selected response. It's its nature to display only the selected response, not including all the provided options. Refer to the image below.

I suggest removing your current integration and then adding it back again. After that, do another test to confirm if it's working again. I've cleared the form cache in our server as well to refresh your form.
