How to print Sign Document for physical signing

• Imprimer mon contrat une fois signé en PDF pour le joindre à mon dossier numérique et physique

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, there is no built-in feature that will allow you to print the Sign Document is not yet competed. But there is a workaround that I would like to suggest to you, I'll walk you through setting that up:

1. Remove all the fillable fields in the Sign document and add a Name field.

2. Make sure to remove the Required option on the Name field.

3. Select on Send menu, under the Send to Sign tab, click on + Send Document to Sign.

4. In the Recipients tab, add a text on the fillable Name and enter your full email address.

5. Click on Send to Sign button.

6. You will receive an email. Click on Review & Sign Document button.

7. You can just add a space using your keyboard, one for First Name and one for Last Name. Since we were able to make the Name field not required.

8. Click on Sign & Complete button.

9. On the pop-up menu, click on Accept and Send button.

10. You will be notified that you have successfully signed the document.

11. Go to the Sign Inbox page of your Sign Document.

12. In the Sign Inbox page, click on Download button on the top right corner of the screen.

13. Select Signed Document option.

14. You will be redirected to the printable version of your Sign Document.

As for the Sign Document ID, you can use a PDF Editor to hide or remove the Document ID in the top right corner of the PDF Document.
