Getting an error 'Not Found' when accessing the link to the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I checked this form and saw that it has been disabled. If you want to access it again, you need to enable it in your Form settings. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enabled. That's it, you're done.

But, if you were referring to another form, can you share with us the right link to the form so we can check?
