Comment être sûre de la confidentialité de mon formulaire

Bonjour,

Nous sommes une école d'anglais et nous nous servons des formulaires Jotform pour suivre les présences.

Pour cela, j'envoie le lien du formulaire au professeur afin qu'il clique dessus et l'utilise, je le mets donc en public.

Je voudrais vérifier qu'il n'est pas possible de trouver le lien dans la base de données publique des formulaires ? C'est-à-dire que seuls les professeurs à qui j'ai transmis ce lien peuvent utiliser le formulaire, c'est correct ?

Now, let me help you with your question. If the form is in public, it cannot automatically be seen, but if someone has the form URL, they can always access the form, as it's in public. You may want to add a password for your form, and only share it with the teachers that you want to give access to. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
2. By default, it should be in the Form Settings tab.
3. Click Show More Options.
4. Scroll down a bit, and you should find the field where you can set up the password for your form.
