Change username and invoice information.

    Bonjour,

    J'avais à l'origine ouvert ce compte pour une association mais je me suis ravisée en voyant les tarifs et j'ai décidé de souscrire l'abonnement pour mon entreprise (profession libérale), en utilisant ma carte bancaire professionnelle

    Comment puis-je faire pour obtenir la facture à mon nom (car c'est moi qui ait payé) et non au nom de l'association qui a été entrée comme nom d'utilisateur? En essayant de modifier le nom d'utilisateur dans mon compte, j'ai été renvoyé sur cette page.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that you want to change the username of this account and the invoice details. We can update the username and invoice details for you. To update the username on your Jotform account, we’ll need you to provide us with at least 3 usernames in order of your preference, and we’ll change it to the first one available. The username can only consist of alphanumerics and underscores (_). 

    Also, after we’ve changed your account's username, the custom URLs of your forms will no longer work. You’ll need to re-create them again after changing the username. You can learn to do that here with our guide about how to create a custom URL for a form. For updating your invoice details, kindly provide us with your name and email address.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
