    Bonjour,

J'ai créé un lien sécurisé. Est-il possible possible que les personnes n'aient pas à faire une demande d'autorisation pour accéder au lien?

Car ils doivent attendre que j'approuve leurs demande pour pouvoir accéder au formulaire.

    Merci.

    Hi Anthony,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Please keep in mind that when you set your form to Private, only those who have been invited will be able to access it. If someone who hasn't been invited to your form tries to access it, the system will redirect them to the Unauthorized Access page. You need to set your form’s Access Settings to Public. Public Form means anyone can access your form.

Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on Settings, click on Private Form, and select your permission.
    3. Next, enter the email addresses of the people you want the form to be sent to.

    4. Click on Submit & View to select the permission type, and then click on Send Invitation. That’s it. You’re done.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
