Set a form with the same theme

bonjour,

j'ai beaucoup travaillé sur ma Form TangoSummerHoliday. Du coup elle est pleine de bugs.

Maintenant que j'ai les idées claires j'aimerais la refaire, J'ai essayé avec le clonage maie elle reste buguée. Du coup, j'aimerais en refaire une neuve "vierge" mais je ne retrouve pas le modèle ni le thème.

Pourriez vous me créer une nouvelle Form avec ce modèle et thème,? en suite je pourrai la reconstruire.

Il y aura plusieurs langues, mais j'aimerais que la langue de base soit l'Anglais (EN)

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the form, and it appears that your form is using the Blue Ocean theme in the Form Designer. Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Create Form button on the My Forms page.
   
2. Click the Start From Scratch option and select the Classic Form option.
   
3. Click the Paint Roller icon on the top-right of Form Builder.
   
   
4. Go to the Themes tab.
5. Then, scroll down to the Blue Ocean theme and click it
6. Next, go to the Colors tab and select the option with the Blue page color.
