Account status is Overlimit

Je vous contact car apres avoir vidé mon espace de tous les reponses de formulaires, le site me signifie que le quota est overpassé alors que ce n'est plus le cas. De ce fait je ne plus partager mes questionnaires.
Pouvez vous réintialiser la procédure s'il vous plait ? Merci par avance

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and its status is Overlimit. You will need to upgrade to the higher plan to increase your limits. If you do not want to upgrade, you will need to wait for the submission counter to reset, which will happen on the first day of the following month, i.e. November 1, 2023.

I'm sorry, I wasn't aware of this procedure on the 1st of the month.
But I checked my account and I'm not over limit, it say :

form 4 of 6
submissions 7 of 100
form view 8 of 100
free space : all

To remove the Overlimit status, you will need to wait for the submission counter to reset, which will happen on the first day of the following month, i.e. November 1, 2023. Or You can perform an upgrade. You can check the Pricing Page to know the details of different subscriptions.
