    bonsoir je voudrais savoir comment fairepour que quand le client appuie sur le bouton reservation je reçois la confirmation

    yes but the thing is that as soon as the customer presses the appointment confirmation button I receive a confirmation message

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can receive a mobile notification by enabling the mobile notification in your form settings and downloading the Jotform Mobile App, as well as turning on the new submission notification. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Form Builder page, go to Settings at the top.

    2. Click Mobile Notifications from the left menu.

    3. Toggle YES on the Turn On Notifications button.

    4. After downloading the Jotform Mobile App, click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
