    Je constate que maintenant mon client doit se connecter à jotform et cela ne me convient pas

    Avant je pouvais envoyer le formulaire en direct sans besoin de connection

    pourquoi?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Do you mean that your respondents are being asked to create an account to Jotform? This could be because your form is set to Private. You can change the access settings of the form. Let me show you how:

    • In the Smart PDF builder, click on Publish at the top.
    • On the right side of the Link to Share, click on Settings.
    • Set the form to Public, so it will not require your users to create an account.
