    je n'arrive pas à ajouter un nouveau membre à mon équipe ayant déjà un compte jotform (secretariat@sfar.org), comment je peux faire?

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. If you're referring to the My Teams feature and you're trying to add members there, please note that the full feature is only available on our Enterprise plan, including adding members to your created team.

    When you try to invite members, you'll see this pop-up inviting you to apply for our Enterprise plan to use the full feature of the Teams feature.

    It's made available to standard Jotform plans like the Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans as a trial feature so you can test its capabilities. But if you want to use it completely, you'll have to upgrade to our Enterprise plan.
