Problème de champ calculé avec un formulaire

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème sur un formulaire avec le widget "Spreadsheet to form". Certains utilisateurs me rapportent qu'il ne fonctionne pas alors qu'il fonctionne pour la majorité. Vous trouverez ci-dessous une capture d'écran du problème. Le champ calculé concession est normalement caché et c'est lui qui rempli les 3 champs en dessous de façon automatique.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your form, and it seems that the widget is set up properly. Can you please try removing the uploaded spreadsheet file and reuploading it again? Let me show you how:

• In the Form Builder, click on the Spreadsheet to form widget, then hover your mouse over to the Wand icon to open its Settings.
• Under the General tab, click on the Remove file to delete the existing file.

• Once done, you can now re-upload your data files by clicking the Upload File and you can customize the other options.

• Lastly, click on the Update Widget button the save the changes.

Once done, please try testing the form and let us know if the issue still remains. I have cleared your form cache as a precaution. Also, please test the form in another browser or in incognito mode. You may also send us a sample code so we can test it on our end as well.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thanks for getting back to us. I tested your form and chose the same Concession as Auto-Selection Angers and it worked fine. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

You can ask the users that it is not working for them to clear their browser caches or test it via a Private/Incognito browser.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

I tried with the user private mode/clear cache but it shows the same result with a grey cadlock. Do you have any other proposal to test? Thanks

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. Same with my colleague, I tested your form, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try deleting your existing Spreadsheet to the Form widget and adding a new one? But before doing so, I would suggest downloading your submission data first, since removing this field will delete the data associated with this field.

If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

I tried your solution to remove and put again the form widget but I still face the same issue with some users. It works for most of them so I guess it's a parameter problem. Can you have a more in-depth investigation please?

Thanks for getting back to us. To investigate further can you upload the spreadsheet linked to the widget to a file-sharing site like Google Drive and share with us the link? This is just to check the file and use it as well for testing to see if we'll be able to replicate the issue using the same file.

If there are confidential data there that you don't want to share with us, you can probably create a copy of the spreadsheet file and just change the values there. Then upload that file copy.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
