    Bonjour, j'ai crée un formulaire mais il c'est désactiver aussi tot qu'il a atteint 10 réponses, est ce que vous savez pourquoi? merci !

    Now, let me help you with your question.  I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. As I checked, you've reached the 10 Monthly Signed Documents limit for Starter account. That's why your form went disabled. You can either upgrade your account to increase your limits or wait for the monthly reset which happens every 1st day of every month at 12AM EST. You can learn more about account usage limits here.
