Bonjour,
Nous avons un formulaire de CV que chacune de nos succursale recoivent selon leur succursale. J'ai adapté pour que le formulaire soit envoyé selon la bonne succursale. Donc si la personne qui remplis le formulaire indique qu'il veut travailler dans la succursale de Longueuil, c'est le propriétaire de Longueuil qui va recevoir le formulaire + le CV.
Voici une image qui explique ce que je veux dire:
Le problème est que quand le propriétaire recois le formulaire avec le CV, il est impossible pour lui d'ouvrir le lien avec le CV.
Voici ce qui apparait lorsqu'il clique sur le lien:
Je voudrais que chaque propriétaire que j'ai mis dans "Conditions" recoivent les formulaires et les CVs de leur succursale. Je veux qu'ils puissent les voirs.
Que dois-je faire?

Or, if you'd rather have support in french, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. To allow the branch owner to receive the submission data. You will need to add each email address in the Email Recipient condition. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, on the SUCCURSALES field, click on Conditions on the right side of the field.
- Then, you will be directed to the conditions section.
- Hover, your mouse on the right side.
- Click on Pen Icon.
- Note: Please make sure that you are in the correct branch to avoid confusion. Also, each email address must have a Jotform Account so that they can access the form when they receive notification.
- In the Email Section, please add the corresponding email address.
- Don't forget to click Save.

Hi camelia!
Weve already done that but the problem is the person receive the forms but they are not able to click on the link to see the attachment...
Here's what happens when they click on the link:
It does that even if the person has a Jot form Account.
Do I need to put them as the "Notification 1"? How can I solve the problem? It is very urgent.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Can you please try to remove the email notification and re-add it again? Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of your screen.
- Click Email notification and hover your mouse on the right side of the notification.
- Click on Trash bin.

Hi,
You didnt answer my question... My problem is that the person that are suppose to receive the forms receive them BUT they cannot click on the link with the attachment. When they do click on the attachment link it says "Whoops the page that you were looking for cannot be found". How can it be possible to make it access to the the person with email. I have already put the conditions with the good email. Why do they see the form but cannot see the attachement?

Can you please try to remove the email notification (notification 2) and re-add it again? Then, add it again in the condition (change the email recipient). Give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
