Bonjour,
Lorsque les personnes remplissent notre formulaire "ouverture de compte client", il leur est impossible de passer a la page suivante. Quand ils cliquent sur suivant, rien ne se passe.
J'ai fait le test et j'ai le même problème.
Que faire pour qu'ils puissent soumettre ?

Now, let me help you with your question. All the 3 forms in your account have one page only. I can't tell which form you're referring to. Please provide the URL/link of the form so we can check on it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hello,
No problem to talk in English.
It's this one : https://form.jotform.com/201352877487061
At the end of the first page, we we go to "Next", nothing happens while there is 4 more pages. So our clients can not submit their form.

Thanks for sharing the form link. I cloned your form 201352877487061 and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Make sure you are filling up all the required fields on the form. As an additional measure, I have cleared the form cache for you to avoid any temporary cache issues. Can you try again after clearing your browser cache or try using a different browser or device to see how this goes?
If you run into the same issue again, share with us a screen recording showing the exact steps you are taking to replicate the issue on your end, so we can look into this further.
