Je suis le directeur de l'École Belge de Kigali.

Nous avons un abonnement payant pour ce compte. Comment puis-je avoir une facture, afin de faire rentrer ces dépenses dans notre comptabilité? De plus, le paiement est effectué avec ma carte de crédit personnelle, et j'aimerais me faire rembourser ;)

Enfin, est-il possible de bénéficier de la réduction pour les écoles?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

As for requesting a refund, we can cancel your subscription and downgrade you back to the Starter plan to get a refund for the last payment you were charged with. Please let us know if you want to proceed with canceling the plan.

Lastly, for the discount. We do offer an Educational discount where you can get 50% off our single-user plans. You can check out this page to apply for an Educational discount.
