Je souhaite prendre la formule payant et bénéficier de la reduction de -50% mais celle ci ne s'applique pas, j'ai le tarif normal affiché au panier.

Merci de nous contacter pour de l'aide. Pouvez-vous préciser quelle réduction vous envisagez? S'agit-il d'une réduction pour organisme à but non lucratif, Institution d'enseignement, autre ?

Dès que nous en saurons plus nous pourrons vous orienter.

Organisme a but non lucatif, la remise ne s'applique pas dans panier, je veux prendre la formule bronze annuel, sans remise c'est beaucoup trop chère, je devrai cherche un autre outils moins chère.

when I press request reduction, nothing happens, I can clearly see each reduction applied for each type of subscription. However, when I choose the bronze subscription in the cart page, I have the normal price without reduction.

Please note that it could take some time for the approval of the Nonprofit Discount. In the meantime, I have enabled a time 50% discount as a welcome offer.
