Restore a deleted form

Nous avons un problème avec notre formulaire qui semble avoir été supprimé par mégarde. La dernière fois que nous avons visionné nos soumissions ce matin tout était normal et ce soir il n'y a plus rien. Y a t'il moyen de le récupérer ou de savoir ce qui c'est passé?

Going to back to your concern, I see you have a form in the trash folder with 112 submissions. If you are referring to this form, you can restore it. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Form Page, click on the Trash Folder
2. Put a checkmark on the form
3. Click on Restore
