Bonjour,
Je souhaiterai savoir comment faire, pour qu'un client réponde à son email de soumission de formulaire et que cela arrive dans la boite de reception Jotform.
Par ailleurs, dans la boite de reception Jotform, je ne peux pas "répondre" à l'email, pourquoi cela ?

Now, I'll help you with your question. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I have checked your form and the same thing happened. The reply button is disabled because you are using the Short Text element instead of the Email element. To enable the reply button, you must add an Email element to your form.
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element at the top-left of your screen.
- Next, in the Basic tab, navigate to the Email element and drag and drop it into your form.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
