Pourquoi ce bandeau sur la page réservation ?

Je comprends votre pub puisque je suis sur un compte gratuit actuellement (je le ferai évoluer si j'obtiens des résultats) mais ce bandeau n'a pas lieu d'apparaître, du moins c'est ce que je pense.

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the Jotform branding ad cannot be removed until you've upgraded your account to a paid plan. This will show in the Starter plan as default.
