Bonjour,j'avais créé un Formulaire de 7 pages, en voulant me reconnecter, on me dit que mon compte est suspendu comment faire pour retrouver mon compte ainsi que mon formulaire ?Et comprendre pourquoi mon compte est suspendu.Merci d’avance Vanderniepen Maxence

This may not be the case with your form, but we had to follow the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use. Free accounts with non-corporate emails displaying suspicious forms must be suspended immediately. If you'd like us to reactivate your account, provide us the following information:
- The URL where the form is being used/embedded.
- Their website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
- Share with us documents that will prove that they are authorized to offer such services.
You can send these proofs using Ticket #8022181 in the subject line to reviewers@jotform.com. After reviewing the submitted information, we will notify you of the status of your account.
