Bonjour,
Mon compte indique quota dépassé.
Or, j'ai supprimé énormément de soumissions mais cela ne change pas le nombre indiqué
C'est au moins la 4ème fois que cela arrive. Faut-il vous contacter à chaque fois sur ce sujet ?

Now, let me help you with your question. When I check on your account, your upload storage space is 10.67 GB/10.00 GB. If you have deleted the submission data, you need to delete the trash entries to purge or permanently delete the data. You can easily delete those data entries in the trash in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.
- In Tables, click on the Three Vertical Dots in the upper left corner of the screen beside the name tab.
- Go on the Trash Entries.
- Click on the Checkbox beside Select all.
- Click on Delete Forever, and lastly click on Delete.
You may also want to check out this guide about How to Delete Form Submission Data. Also, it is recommended to clear your form cache after purging your submission data on this page. Let me show you how.
- In My Forms, on the upper right corner of the screen, click on your Avatar.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to Form Caches and click on Clear Cache.

Hi, thanks for your response but we already do this and the storage is still at 10.67GB/10GB.
We deleted many things and nothing move on the storage. Our trash is empty, Form Cache is clear.
Can you help us with that please because it's very difficult to do our work right now.

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having issues clearing your upload space. This seems to have been resolved as I could see that your upload space decreased to 7.25 GB. This appears to have been solved, as your upload space has been reduced to 7.25 GB. I also reinstated your account, so you should be able to access it without issue now.
