Hello I would like to create a registration form which generates a QRcode that the person receives upon registration which serves as proof of entry to the event.
Each qrcode must contain the registration information of this person which must be presented at the entrance..
Is it possible to do this here???

Hi kalinatures,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can add a QR Code to your Autoresponder and Notification Emails. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left menu.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification and click on the Pencil icon.
- On the opening page, click on the Source Code button.
- Copy the code below.
<p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?chs=150x150&cht=qr&chl=https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}&choe=UTF-8" alt="Your unique QR code" width="150" height="150" /></p>
- Paste it at the top of the opening window and click on Ok.
- Click on Save.
- Now go to Autoresponder and do the same thing again.
The respondent will receive an email with the QR code like the screenshot below:
When you scan the QR code on your phone it will open the form with the submission data.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hello
Why isn't the qr code dynamique working it would be better for what I have to do
because the way you told me it brings back the submission page and the person can press on the button again.
But the qr code dynamique has 2 problems :
The qrcode image doesn't show up in the email i receive, it only shows an error button i have to download it to see the qrcode and next
the qr code should be able to read more fields
i mean it can only read one fields like : name
but if i want more info in it like name and address don't know if i can do that

Hi kalinatures,
Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. You mentioned that there's an error button on the email you receive. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
