Bonjour,
Je réalise des entrevues pour mon employeur. Depuis quelques contrats, je ne reçois plus les copies de mes entrevues lorsque je les envoie et le bureau doit me les transférer une à la fois. Ils ont essayer de trouver le problème puisque celui de mes collègues est maintenant réglé mais ça reste problématique pour moi.
Merci de me dire si je peux arranger cela et comment.

Now, let me help you with your question. I apologize for the confusion on your questions. Are you referring to the Notification email that is sent to you every time there is a submission on your form? If so, most of the time, if we remove it and then add it back, that solves the problem. Let me help you do that:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
- While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
- Next, select Notification Email.
- Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.
Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form. But, if the problem is the same, please provide us with the link to the form in question, so we can investigate it.

Thanks for your help. Let me ask you my question in English then, it's gonna be easier...
I work for a company and do these interviews with their workers. When I'm done, I submit them to my employer and usually receive a copy of my interviews, at my email address, but I don't anymore...
My employer tries to send them directly from your site to me and it doesn't work neither. They have to send themselves a copy to the Office's email first and then forward it to me.
I would like to receive them directly as I submit as it was before. I didn't change email and don't have any other email issues elsewhere.

Hi Jessica,
Thanks for getting back to us. Provide the form URL/link so we can check on it. Include your email address where you should be receiving the copy of the response so we can check our email log.
But before that, try to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists and whitelist our common domain names here. There's a chance that your email provider is flagging our emails as spam or temporarily blocking our sender email addresses, knowing that we're sending thousands of emails in a single hour.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

It worked! I whitelisted the whole list of addresses and domains, and it worked!
Did a test and received a copy!
