Comment désactiver la traduction automatique?

Bonjour, j'ai créé un formulaire qui s'appelle "LabO Circusnext [6 > 15.11] @ UP Bruxelles". Cependant, le formulaire ne cesse d'être traduction en français alors que je souhaiterais qu'il reste en anglais.

Comment régler ce problème ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form and can see that the labels on the button are in French language. You can change the button labels, here's how:
