Bonjour,
Je viens de surclasser mon abonnement de free en stockage mais mes clients ont toujours ce message à la fin du formulaire.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi
Merci de bien vouloir corriger ce problème rapidement.

Now, let me help you with your question. The only difference between the Storage plan with Starter plan is the total submission storage limit. To explain further, the total submission storage is the total number of entries that can be stored in the account itself, which is different from your monthly submission limit. For example, in the Starter plan, around 500 of your most recent submissions are stored on your account. If you exceed the limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, making room for new ones to be received. Therefore, if you go over your total submission storage, the forms will still continue to work. We also have a guide about understanding your account usage and limits that you can check out.
Also, even if your account is on a Storage plan, you still have 100 submissions allowed per month same as the Starter plan. After checking, you have reached the monthly submission limit of your account. Monthly submissions will reset on the 1st of each month. You have the option to wait until the counter will reset, or upgrade your plan to increase the monthly submission limit.

Merci pour vos explications. Dans ce cas, merci d'annuler ma demande de surclassement en stockage et de me rembourser si possible car je pourrais pas l'utiliser maintenant.

Thanks for getting back to us. I have successfully cancelled the subscription and refunded the recent payment made on the account. The refund will be credited back to your account within 5-10 business days. The account is now downgraded back to the Starter plan.
