Jotform Approval: How to set up an approval to either approve or deny a submission?

Je gère plusieurs agents qui sont répartis dans plusieurs structures. Je souhaite mettre en place un formulaire à leur attention. Une fois remplie, ce formulaire doit recueillir l'avis de leur responsable.

S'il est favorable, alors je reçois le formulaire pour donner mon avis, sinon la demande est refusée.

If your goal is to create an Approval Flow where if the manager approves the submission it goes to you and if the manager denies the submission it will not go to you, you can set that up by creating an Approval Flow.
