Bonjour,
Via deux formulaires ci-dessous, nos partenaires déposent des documents. Par contre, certains ne peuvent pas nous les envoyer car lorsqu'ils valident l’envoie, ils ont un message d’erreur comme quoi leur adresse mail n’est pas validé pour confirmer le dépôt sur la plateforme.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the error that the user needs to validate their email address? Keep in mind that in order to proceed with the submission, the user needs to enter the verification code that they have sent to them. See the screenshot below where the users need to enter the code:
