How to change username.

Le compte que nous utilisons pour le Conseil du sport est au nom de Vincent Dumas, or mon collègue a quitté ses fonctions la semaine dernière (dans notre formulaire "Election de la personnalité sportive de l'année", les participant reçoivent un message de remercîment en son nom).

Ainsi, est il possible de changer le nom d'utilisateur pour "Conseil du sport" ou "Emilie Builly" si vous avez besoin d'un nom propre.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. We can update your username, please provide at least 3 possible usernames in order of preference. If the first one is available, we'll change your username immediately. Jotform usernames can only contain Alphanumeric characters, underscore, and spaces aren't allowed anymore.

Also, note that if you are using a custom URL for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
