Now, let me help you with your question. Could you explain and clarify a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you are the recipient's sender name, you can easily change the sender name in a few easy steps. But first, we have to add a short text field and set it as hidden. Let me show you how.
- In Smart PDF Form, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
- Click on or drag the Short Text, then click on the Gear Icon.
- Go to Advanced, on Default Value, enter the Title, and turn on Read Only and Hide Field.
You will change the recipient's name on your email notification with the short text element.
- On Smart PDF Form, on the blue navigation bar, click on Settings.
- Go to Emails, and on Email Notification, click on the Pencil Icon.
- Go to Recipients, on Sender Name, select the Short Text (type a question), and click on Save.
