Problème de formulaire - Fichiers attachés uniques

Je rencontre un problème avec le formulaire suivant :

!!!!! Le formulaire a déjà été publié est en cours de dépôt de soumission 

Nous avons prévu au formulaire l'ajout de fichiers limités au nombre de 1

Nous avons reçu une soumission qui comporte cependant plusieurs pièces jointes (cfr impression d'écran ci-dessous)

Pourriez-vous, s'il vous plaît, me renseigner en urgence à cet égard ?

Nous prévoyons en effet le dépôt de +/- 600 soumissions

Now, let me help you with your question. I did a test with your form, and was unable to replicate the issue. When I tried to add 2 files, I got an error message. Check out my screenshot below:

Can you do a test on your end, to see if you can replicate it? I checked the settings, and they were configured correctly. May I know how many users got the error? This may also have been a temporary issue that resolved itself.
