Bonjour,
Quand j'essaie d'aller sur mon formulaire il est indiqué "This form has exceeded its allocated quota" alors que quand je regarde mon pannel ce mois-ci en soumission je suis à 0/100. Peut-on régler ce problème ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your forms, but was unable to replicate the issue. I can see that your account is below its quota. Can you clear your browser cache, and try on a different browser including incognito, and see if the issue will still show up?
