Bonjour,
En faisant l'export des candidatures sur excel, aucun lien qui figurent sur le document ne fonctionne (voir message d'erreur en pj).
Merci pour votre intervention face à notre problème. Nous avons besoin de ce fichier en urgence.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. The reason the links aren't working is that you need to be logged in to see the PDF files. You can make attachments available without logging in. Let me show you how:
- Click your Profile Picture at the top-right of the navigation.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to the Security tab.
- Uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files under the Privacy options.
That's it. Now you can download or see the attachments.
