Après avoir dépassé le nombre de vues autorisées, mes formulaires ne sont toujours pas visibles.Alors que nous sommes le 02 octobre...
Que se passe-t-il ?

Merci d'avoir utilisé Jotform. J'ai vérifié vos formulaires mais ils fonctionnent correctement de mon côté :
Si le problème persiste de votre côté, essayez de vider le cache de vos formulaires et celui de votre navigateur pour voir comment cela se passe.

Les formulaires fonctionnent bien, mais le message "from over quota" s'affiche toujours sur les pages web :(

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Is this the form you're referring to? I tested it on several devices, however, it seems to work without any problems.
Could you try accessing the form in incognito/private mode? Here is a guide on how to do that. If this is not the correct form, could you then provide us with a link to the form?

C'est le bon formulaire (j'ai le même problème avec un autre), mais il n'est toujours pas visible de l'Internet.
Le message "form over quota" s'affiche toujours.
La seule façon d'y accéder est via mon compte d'administration Jotform.
It's the right form (I have the same problem with another one), but it's still not visible from the Internet.
The message "form over quota" is still displayed.
The only way to access it is via my Jotform administration account.

Hi CSAFKB,
Just to clarify, do you mean that the 'Form over Quota' message is just showing on the embedded forms on your website? If so, try re-embedding the forms there since the forms are already accessible when opened using their form links. I've also recalculated your account usage and cleared your form cache as an additional measure. If the issue persists, please share the URL of the website where you embedded the forms so we can check.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
