Bonjour,
Sur la page de remerciement il n'ya plus la solution : "d'envoyer par mail" le formulaire.Cela nous pénalise énormément pour nos clients.
Merci de m'indiquer la procédure à suivre afin de pouvoir résoudre ce problème urgemment.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Are you trying to add a send email button from the Thank You Page? If so, unfortunately that is not possible. If you are trying to send an email to the form respondents, you can setup the Autoresponder Email instead.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

yes, I need to add a send email button from the Thank You Page !
Why you take it out from the thank you page. Before I got it.
Can you resolve this please because is essential for my work.

Hi Ethan,
Thanks for getting back to us. There are system enhancements that may have caused this feature to be removed. Can you let me know what's your purpose of having this button from the Thank You Page? We may find a workaround in order to meet your requirement.

This BUTTON is essential for me because when the customer have finish he have to send the documents to him self and to the commercial.
I hope that you will resolve this rapidly, and that you will put back this button.

Hi Ethan,
Thanks for getting back to us. Since you will be sending a copy of the submitted information to the user, what you can do is set up the autoresponder email. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Next, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them and you’re done.
Now, your customers will get an Autoresponder Email after they fill out your form.
