Bonjour
Je rencontre des difficultés quand au moyen de paiement sur mon formulaire.
Les gens ne peuvent pas mettre leur coordonnées bancaires.
Le paypal ne marche pas
Du coup les soumissions m'indique aucune sélection de produits...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, regarding your issue with your PayPal Business integrated into your form, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hello Joel,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try switching to another PayPal payment gateway and then connecting it back to PayPal business and see how that goes? If you run into the same issue, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
