Hi beegcgalopin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and checked your form, and it seems that you haven't added a Primary Language for your form yet. Let me show you how to enable this:
- In Form Builder, on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Under the Form Settings panel, click on Show More Options, then scroll down to find the Form Language section.
- Click on the Dropdown, then select a Language as your Form's Primary Language.
- After that, the Edit button for the Translation section would be clickable.

Consider reaching out to customer support or your platform administrator to resolve this issue. For seamless access to translation services, ensure your settings are correctly configured.
