How to Create Signature Form

Je cherche une solution pour proposer aux intéressés de signer en ligne la déclaration que nous avons signée il y a deux jours à Samaipata en Bolivie.

Elle est ouverte à tout citoyen du monde.

Je cherche un formulaire à ajouter au site de mon organisation pour proposer une formule de signature électronique en ligne.

Merci de me dire si ce serait possible avec vous. Pour l'instant je n'ai pas de financement pour un service payant mais il me semble possible de faire appel à donation, surtout si cela prend de l'ampleur, et au moins pour un temps limité, par exemple 2 ans.

Autre question, comment récolter ensuite les données pour éditer la déclaration en lyi ajoutant des pages de signatures électroniques?

Je joins un lien à mon site ainsi qu'une capture d'écran du début de la déclaration.

La déclaration va apparaître dans la section Desarrollo Sostenible. Le lien à la page n'existe pas encore.

Unfortunately, the screenshot that you provided was not posted properly on this thread. Can you take a screenshot of the document and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
