Now, going back to your issue. Based on your screenshot, it seems you purged the forms which means they are permanently deleted already from our system. Unfortunately, we cannot recover purged forms anymore. This is the reason why deleted forms are initially stored in the Trash folder so you still have the chance to restore them but if you've purged them there, they're permanently deleted including their submission data.

The same goes if you have purged the submissions of a form, they're also permanently deleted from our system. If you have deleted submissions, they're initially sent to the Trashed entries section in the Tables page:

And in the Trashed entries window, you can either restore the entries or purge them which means they'll be permanently deleted.

So basically, if you have purged the forms or submissions, I'm afraid they cannot be recovered anymore.
