je viens de créer un formulaire et en le testant, je ne reçois pas les notifications par mail lorsque le formulaire est complété.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. There was an issue with the delay on Email Notifications and our Developer Team has already resolved this. Please try to check if the missing emails are now sent. Can you also try to submit a test submission on your form? If you still encounter the same issue, let us know so we can look into this further.
