Auto réponse à un formulaire - bug

J'ai testé un formulaire que j'ai créé et j'au reçu plusieurs fois le message des réponses données. C'est très énervant, comment corriger ce bug ? Je ne souhaite pas que les personnes répondant au questionnaire reçoivent une copie de leurs réponses juste un message de remerciement.
