Hi David,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can use the Show/Hide Field conditional logic to hide the Submit button if the user selects the transfer option; however, no records will be created because no submissions were made. A workaround for this is to create a multiple payment form that accepts the Purchase Order, which collects payments offline through check or wire transfer and Stripe as payment.
Also, I checked your form, and it appears that you still need to connect your Stripe account to fully integrate the Stripe Integration in your form. Check out my screenshot below:
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

Hi David,
Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, are you referring to your form 232554430607048? If that's the case, since the form is in French, could you please provide some clarification? So, if the user selects CB in the Mode de paiement field, it must go to the Stripe payment, but if the user selects Virement ou espèce en boutique, it should submit without going to Stripe, correct?
If this is what you are trying to achieve, you need to create a different form for the Purchase Order payment integration to accept submissions without payment and use the iFrame Embed widget to load the cloned form in your main or original form. To fully understand how to create a Multiple Payments form, this guide will show you how to do that. Here's a demo form I created using your form:
You can also view my demo forms here and clone them to see the widgets and how I've set up the forms to create multiple payment forms:
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your feedback I cloned the form to go faster just 2 things
In crédit carte mode it's Ok
In transfer or cash mode in store, after filling out the form I do not receive the confirmation on my mailbox but just after the submission On the same page of the form, I would like to receive it by email
And in my dashboard I do not receive the order
Thank you for your help

Hi David,
Thanks for getting back to us. It appears that you only cloned my Stripe Form (Main) demo form. Please note that you also need to clone my Purchase Order Form (Secondary) demo form and replace the URL in the iFrame Embed widget of the main form with your secondary cloned form. Here's how to do it:
- Assuming that this is your main cloned form, select the iFrame Embed widget and click the Wand icon to open Widget Settings.
- In the Frame URL field, replace the link with your cloned form URL of the Purchase Order Form (Secondary) demo form.
- Click the Update Widget button.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
- Assuming that this is your main cloned form, select the iFrame Embed widget and click the Wand icon to open Widget Settings.

Thanks for getting back to us. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
