Payment Form Loading Issue

    Cordialement.

    Hi Evelyn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can we ask if you are trying to fill out a payment form that was created by another user? If yes, you will have to contact the owner of this form and ask them if you are having issues with your payment. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

    Thanks for your mail.
Here’s what happened: When paying for an order of Africology products, I entered my Mastercard number and everything else, then scanned the QRcode from my bank connection.
The loading window never completed the transaction
Finally, I closed the window and started the payment again with Payfast. It worked but I hope there will not be 2 withdrawals of the amount due.
    Sincerely
    Evelyne Rombouts-Poll

    Hi Evelyn,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you experienced this issue. If there are two payments that were charged to you, you can ask the owner of the form that you are having an issue on their form so that they can refund you. You can contact them by replying to the email notification that you receive after submitting the payment form.

Also, you can try asking them to create a forum thread from the Contact Us page that there is an issue on their form.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
