Bonjour,
Je viens de voir qu'une personne s'est inscrite sur mon formulaire "La Voie Chamanique" sans payer ??
Normalement, elle doit payer pour s'inscrire Qu'est ce que je n'ai pas fait correctement ? Sur mon autre formulaire, je n'ai pas eu ce problème
Je vous joins ma capture d'écran mais il n'y a qu'une seule soumission pour ce formulaire et la personne est Berset Carole.
Merci de me dire ce que j'ai du oublier de faire ? Il faut impérativement que les gens payent pour finaliser leur inscription

Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I checked your submission, and it seems that your customer was able to submit the form without paying because they did not select the Product. To avoid this, please consider making your Product List a required field and your Product selected as default. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on your Product List, then click on the Magic wand icon on its right to open the Payment Settings.
- In the right column, hover with your mouse on the product, and then click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Scroll down to Selected by Default and set it to ON.
- Now close the Payment Setting Pane and click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Product list to open its Properties.
- Here, set Required field to ON.
This way, your customer should not be able to submit the form without entering the payment information first.
