Account: Submission Limit is reached

    bonjour,

    je n'arriveplus a saisir de nouvelles soumissions, lorsque j'ouvre l'application , j'ai un message qui me signifie que je suis en dehors des quotas de nb de formulaires (j'en avais 5 et je viens d'en supprimer un pour être certaine que ce n'était pas ça qui bloquait)

    et je suis bien en dessous des 100 soumissions mensuelles....

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system. I see that you are under the usage limit of the Starter Plan so all your forms and account should work correctly. So, I reactivated your account and cleared your form's cache to remove the piled-up cache in your forms that could be contributing to this problem.

    Give it another try and let us know how it goes.
