Madame,
Monsieur,
Quand un client rempli son formulaire et fait l'envoi, le programme lui dit que c'est enregistré, MAIS une ligne en dessous lui propose de créer son propre formulaire.
de même, quand il reçoit la confirmation de sa commande, de nouveau le programme l'incite à travailler avec jotform.
Le problème est que nombre de clients sont désarçonnés par ces deux boutons.
Est-il possible de ne pas les faire apparaître?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Removing the Jotform Branding is quite easy. We need to do that on your Jotform Account Settings page on your computer because it's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile application. Let me walk you through it:
- Open your My Forms page and hover your mouse over your Profile Picture/Avatar on the right side of the page.
- In the little window that opens up, click on Account Settings.
- Then, on the left side of the screen, click on Account.
- Once in Account Settings, scroll down a little to the Jotform Footer section and uncheck it.
Now, you shouldn't be able to see the Jotform Branding on your form. You could also remove the Jotform Branding on your Email Notifications. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Go to the Emails tab, hover your mouse over the Email Notification, then click on the Pen Icon to edit it.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Email Content box, Delete the Jotform Branding row, then click on Save.
