Bonjour et merci de votre assistance parmi nous. Nous avançons dans nos projet et avons de très bon retour sur le travail et l'application que propose Jotform. Nous avons encore pas mal de détail à éclaircir avec vous mais à cause de la reprise "test" de notre activité, nous manquons de temps. Nous sommes un peu inquiet sur le reste de soumissions mensuelles qui semble nous rester. Pouvez-vous nous éclairer? Merci à vous

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. As of this writing, you can still collect 22 submissions. You can collect a maximum of 100 monthly submissions on a Starter account. And you're close to reaching your limit with a total of 78 submissions. All the forms in your account will be disabled once you reach your submission limit. You can wait for the first of next month for the monthly reset, or easily upgrade your account to use your forms again and to get more limits.
